    Hiring:Senior Aircraft Maintenance Technician

    Organisation:Asia Pacific Flight Training Academy Limited (APFTAL)

    Location:Kalaburagi/ Hyderabad

    Fleet:Diamond DA40 & DA42 with Continental CD135 Mercedes Benz Jet Fuel engines.

    Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and assist in complex maintenance tasks
  2. Supervise junior technicians and support AMEs
  3. Troubleshoot and rectify defects on DA40/DA42 aircraft
  4. Ensure maintenance records and safety protocols are followed

    Eligibility & Qualifications:

  1. AME COURSE /ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aeronautical engineering
  2. Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and tools, Diamond aircraft / Continental CD135 Mercedes Benz Jet Fuel engine experience will be a major advantage.

    Role Overview:

    APFTAL is looking for a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) holding a valid DGCA Category B3 / B1.2 Licence for composite aircraft structures to maintain and certify our fleet of Diamond DA40/DA42 aircraft.

    Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform and certify maintenance on DA40/DA42 aircraft.
  2. Conduct inspections per AMM and DGCA CARs.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  4. Ensure safety, compliance, and timely release of aircraft.

    Eligibility & Qualifications:

  1. Valid DGCA AME Licence – Category B3 (Composite) / B1.2
  2. Experience working on Diamond aircraft DA40/DA42 and/or Continental CD135 Mercedes Benz Jet Fuel engines will be preferred
  3. Sound knowledge of composite structures, CAR 145, and CAR M
  4. Good communication and team coordination skills

    Role Overview:

    APFTAL is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Deputy Quality Manager to assist in maintaining and improving the Quality System in line with DGCA CAR M and FTO requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Quality Manager in planning and conducting internal audits
  2. Monitor compliance with DGCA regulations and company procedures
  3. Review documentation, manuals, and procedures for accuracy and compliance
  4. Assist in managing corrective/preventive actions and audit follow-ups
  5. Liaise with DGCA officials and departments during audits and inspections

    Eligibility & Qualifications:

  1. DGCA-Approved AME Licence or equivalent technical qualification
  2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation quality/compliance role

    Hiring:Deputy Continuing Airworthiness Manager (Deputy CAM)

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a qualified and experienced Deputy CAM to support the Continuing Airworthiness Manager in managing all airworthiness activities related to our training fleet, in compliance with DGCA CAR M requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in ensuring continued airworthiness of aircraft per DGCA regulations
  2. Monitor and coordinate maintenance planning, aircraft records, and tech logs
  3. Liaise with stores, CAMO, and Quality Department
  4. Maintain updated aircraft maintenance schedules and component tracking
  5. Ensure documentation accuracy and readiness for audits

    Eligibility & Qualifications:

  1. DGCA-Approved AME course with relevant experience
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in CAMO/airworthiness role (FTO or airline) with relevant Module passed
  3. Good knowledge of CAR M, technical records, and regulatory compliance
  4. Experience with Diamond DA40/DA42 fleet preferred

    Eligibility:

  1. Applicant must have done basic AME course or Bachelor of Engineering- Aeronautical/Mechanical, with 5 (five) years relevant work experience of which at least two years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
  2. These 5 years should cover an appropriate combination of experience in tasks related to aircraft Maintenance and/or Continuing Airworthiness Management (engineering) and/or surveillance of such tasks.
  3. Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant parts of operational requirements and procedures.
  5. Thorough knowledge with the organisation's continuing airworthiness management exposition.
  6. Knowledge of maintenance methods.
  7. Knowledge of applicable regulations
  8. Knowledge of Maintenance program

    Added benefit if candidate has:

  1. Prior CAM approval (Form 4)
  2. Work experience on Diamond aircraft.

    Role & Responsibilities will include:

  2. We are looking to on-board Passionate and Committed Assistant Flight Instructors, Flight Instructors & Ground Instructors, meeting criterion as per DCA CAR Section 7, Series D, Part I.


    Job Description:

  • Conduct Flying Training as per approved approved syllabus,
  • Assist Dy. CFI)/ CFI in conducting highest standards of Flying Training,
  • Briefing and De-Briefing of Cadet pilots incl. Pre & Post flight briefings, Maintaining records as per requirements,
  • ⁠Liaise with Air Traffic Control, AAl and Allied Agencies to facilitate Flying requirements,
  • To deliver Theoretical Knowledge Instructional Training Sessions as guided by the Chief Ground Instructor

    Qualifications

  1. Valid Asst. Flight Instructor Rating (AFIR)/ Flight Instructor Rating (FIR) on any aircraft. (Diamond DA40/DA42 Aircraft experience/DGCA Tech Specific papers cleared will be an added advantage)
  2. Valid CPL with IR on any aircraft (Endorsement on Diamond DA40/DA42 Aircraft will be an added advantage.)
  3. Valid FRTOL / RTR
  4. Valid Class I Medical
  5. Valid ELP with Level 4 and above
  6. Valid Police Security Clearance Experience
  7. For AFI, Freshers with AFIR also will be considered.
  8. For FI, DGCA approved FIR will be considered.
  9. Instructional/ Flying experience in Controlled Airfields equipped with ILS (Instrument Landing System) will be an added advantage.

    Note

  • No accident/Incident attributable to Pilot Error in the last 3 years.
  • Not been tested Alcohol positive in the previous year.
